Why São Paulo

São Paulo is the largest city in the Southern Hemisphere and the heart of Brazil's health and life-sciences sector. It hosts leading universities, hospitals and research centres, and many of the region's pharmaceutical companies. This is the third time the symposium comes to São Paulo, after the 2015 and 2018 editions at the University of São Paulo's School of Public Health.
