Registration Guidelines

All participants must Create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully. Please also consider using a personal email account if your work email is connected to a medical institute with high security and privacy settings as the email may be transferred to junk folders.

Each participant will receive a registration number by email after submitting the Online Registration Form. Please check your spam folder if not received safely.
 

The preferred method of payment is online card payment. As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment transfer only after receiving your registration number. Payment by bank transfer must include the registration number and participant’s name in the payment details.

REGISTRATION FEES

  • All  rates below are in United States Dollar (USD $ )

  • Not-for-profit organisations
    National Health Authorities, National Pharmacovigilance centres, Academic institutions, Non-Governmental Organisations involved in Public Health, Public hospitals and Medical Institutions contributing to the Public Health System, Healthcare professionals.

  • Commercial organisations
    Pharmaceutical industry, CROs, Service providers, Private hospitals, and other commercial organisations (private sector)

  • Please note: Members of ISoP are eligible for the “member” rate. If ISoP cannot verify your current membership, you will be charged the non-member rate.

    Non-member rates automatically include one-year ISoP membership based on the selected fee category.

* Available for students only (Full-time graduate, post-graduate, or undergraduate). Official proof of student status (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to the registration) must be uploaded during the registration process.

 

Registration Fees Include:

  • Access to the 8th ISoP Latin American Symposium
  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Access to the exhibition and posters
  • Welcome reception on Tuesday, 3 August 2027
  • Tea, coffee, and lunches
  • Conference materials including delegate badge and conference bag
  • Free internet access at the conference venue, refreshments and lunch meals.

Event Registration

When you register and purchase a ticket, your account information from Eventscase will be transferred to Falcon Fenix’s database. Updates to your Eventscase profile (e.g., name changes or additional information) will be synchronized with the attendee list.

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except as specified in these terms or by the Event Organizer’s policy.

Cancellation, Change, or Postponement of ISoP 2027 Latin American

Decisions regarding cancellation, changes, or postponement are made solely by the the International Society of Pharmacovigilance and Falcon Fenix.

Registration Cancellation Policy

A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made until June 1st, 2027. Only written cancellations will be accepted.
Please send your notification in writing (by email) to FalconFenix at isop2027latam@falconfenix.com 
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 2nd, 2027. However, you may request a name change for a fee of USD 75. If the new participant falls under a higher ticket category, the price difference must be paid. No refunds will be given for lower-priced categories.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable if your visa application is denied, unless the cancellation falls within the period specified in point 1.
Generally many nationalities qualify for a visa on arrival or an e-Visa, however, it is advisable to check your visa requirements and  proceed in the needed Visa arrangements as soon as possible.
The membership fee (included in the non-member registration) is non-refundable.
All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conclusion of the conference.
All refunds are subject to bank and transfer charges.

Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to isop2027latam@falconfenix.com

Cancellations cannot be made online or via phone.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include participant insurance against accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance.

The International Society of Pharmacovigilance and Falcon Fenix are not liable for costs incurred for travel, accommodation, related goods or services, or other expenses. If the event is rescheduled or changed, Falcon Fenix will allow you to retain, exchange, or refund your tickets for the new date. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
